This beautifully proportioned Bradford Pear bowl displays very prominent flame figuring on one side of the rim and in the interior.  Bradford Pear wood is very dense and smooth.  The wood was sourced in Germantown, TN from a landscaping project.  The bowl is finished in multiple coats of Tung Oil Finish and polished with carnauba wax.  This piece just invites guests to pick it up and explore its contours and peer inside through the narrow opening with thin walls.
