The American Eastern Red Cedar is actually a species of Juniper.  This specimen was sourced in Cleveland County, Arkansas.  The bowl has a classic rounded shape in and out, and the rim is beveled outward.  While the wood is protected with food-safe Tung Oil, the cedar aroma comes through.
